Pre-requisites:

  1. Ensure you're logged into your MissionShift Partner account.

Step 1: Access Your Internship Analytics

  1. Once logged in, go to "My Account".
  2. In the second box labeled "Manage My Account," click on "Internships".
    • This will display analytics related to your current and past internship postings.

Step 2: Edit, Stop, Duplicate or Delete Postings

  • To Edit: Click on the pencil icon next to the internship posting you wish to modify.
  • To Stop: If you want to temporarily halt your posting, click on the white square icon.
  • To Duplicate: To replicate an existing posting, click on the plus sign icon.
  • To Delete: To permanently remove a posting, click on the trash can icon.

Step 3: Utilize the ATS System for Applicant Management

  1. Under the "Activity" column, click on "Applicants" to view all the candidates who have applied for the internship.

Update Candidate Status

  1. To update the status of an applicant, click on the pencil icon next to the candidate's name.
  2. Once there, you'll be able to change the candidate's status to help you stay organized and on track. Options may include stages like 'Initial Review', 'Interviewed', 'Shortlisted', etc.

Note on Command Approval

  • Using the status steps appropriately is essential for obtaining service member approval at their command level. Following these steps can improve the chances of getting faster approval for the SkillBridge program with the service member's command.
